The full sitting: weekly ledgers, two live seminars, office hours by appointment, and a closing critique. This is the programme most product leads take.

The Residencies

£4,650 private critique window

A closed sitting for one product organisation. We work from your warehouse extracts and write a house style for events, funnels, and retention cuts.

  • One on-site day in the United Kingdom by arrangement
  • House ledger delivered as a single document

What the fee does not include

Vendor licences (Amplitude, Mixpanel, BigQuery, and the rest) remain yours. Travel to North Sunderland is optional and unpaid. The Residencies on-site day is quoted separately if it falls outside mainland Britain.

We do not discount against calendar pressure, and we do not hold “exploding” offers. If a sitting is full, we say so and offer the next dated intake.
